Craig SchneiderCofounder
Mr. Schneider is the cofounder of Ryze Communities. In addition to helping oversee the portfolio, he focuses largely on acquisitions and displacement of assets. Additionally, his CMS Real Estate Services Inc. manages over 1.5 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate across New York. His undergraduate studies at Hofstra University centered on accounting. This led to a position as a forensic auditor for several years prior to a full-time transition to real estate.
Michael AlessiCofounder
Mr. Alessi teamed with Mr. Schneider in Ryze Communities to further explore his passion for investing. Prior to that decision he worked as a lawyer and in various capacities in the financial markets. Managing risk as a trader for a large money manager and a Wall Street investment bank provided experience that informs many of the development decisions made for projects. Mr. Alessi grew up working in the construction industry with his family and utilizes much of that experience when overseeing projects for Ryze.
